|Description:||This award winning nonprofit science education foundation teaches more than 160 hours of specially designed active learning classroom science classes every year. In the summer it teaches dozens of Outdoor Day Adventure Field Trips at parks and beaches. Classes include physics, chemistry, biology, and earth sciences and are taught with our trademark: active, fun and encouraging hands-on learning and discovery. There is also a backpacking trip for older students in Yosemite National Park.
ELIGIBILITY: Students ages 7-14. Yosemite Backpack Program for ages 11-16.
