|Description:||At Santa Cruz Community Credit Union (SCCCU), we are passionate about contributing to lasting social and economic justice. The community development work of SCCCU is implemented through Santa Cruz Community Ventures, the 501(c)(3) affiliate of SCCU, which also secures additional funding for these programs.
Santa Cruz Community Ventures equips people in our community with tools to achieve lasting financial security and independence. We accomplish this through programs in financial education, tax assistance, childcare, IDA matching savings, and microenterprise lending. Through these programs we are able to help low-wage, working families and individuals build assets including homes, higher education, and small businesses.
