Description:The Jr. Volunteer Program provides practical career experience, increased awareness of community needs and helps encourage the spirit of volunteerism, by placing youth with local non-profit agencies. Leadership seminars and field trips are also offered weekly.

ELIGIBILITY: Student ages 11-17; 1 session during summer months 4 weeks long, 12 hours per week, call for details and to set up interview with coordinator.
Programs:Students will:
Work at their non-profit placement for a maximum of 4 hours per day for up to 4 days per week
Attend job readiness and empowerment workshops
Participate in service projects
Attend fun field trips
Earn community service hours
Volunteer Info:Minimum Age: 11. A six week summer program for youth ages 11-15. Meet new friends, gain confidence and participate in fun projects that benefit our community. Join us in combining work and FUN to make your summer a rewarding experience.
