Description:WomenCARE is a community of women, which provides advocacy, resources, education and support to all women with cancer, their families, friends and health practitioners throughout diagnosis, healing, surviving or dying. WomenCARE helps women to explore diagnostic and treatment choices from worldwide and multicultural options using information and common sense. We honor and respect a woman's individual decisions.

ELIGIBILITY: Women with any kind of cancer, their friends & family.

Programs:WomenCARE offers many FREE support groups, for women with all kinds of cancer. Groups include drop-in; post treatment; advanced, recurrent, and metastatic; Spanish-speaking. WomenCARE can help you decide which group is right for you. There is a separate support group for friends and family, providing a place to meet others who understand. All meetings are held at the WomenCARE office unless otherwise specified and are facilitated by many wonderful volunteers. Check website or call for details.
