The Career Centers offer universal access to core employment services, and referrals directly to jobs, training, education or other employment services. Businesses are able to access a variety of services specifically designed to increase their competitiveness and to grow their bottom line.
ELIGIBILITY: available to the entire community -- businesses, job seekers, youth, and the general public -- at no charge.
|Mission:||The Workforce Santa Cruz County system is a network that links public and private partners to strengthen the community by assisting individuals and businesses to reach their full economic potential. This is accomplished through the collaborative integration of employment, training, education, and economic development services for job seekers, students, workers, and employers.|

Employer Advisory Council: The Santa Cruz County EAC is composed of employer volunteers representing a cross section of business and industry.
