CRC offers public workshops and on-site training, mediation services, group faciliation and consultation to individuals, small businesses and non-profits throughout Santa Cruz County.

ELIGIBILITY: All residents of Santa Cruz County

FEES: Low cost--call for information

FUNDING SOURCE: Government contracts, private foundations, fees for service and individual donations.
Programs:The FAM Family-Law-Affordable Mediation Project provides low-cost help to divorcing couples, for information call 345-2891.

The Parent-Teen mediation program helps families find a way to live harmoniously.

The Small Claims Mediation Program helps resolve disputes before a claim is filed, before the day of the hearing, or at court on the day of your hearing.

The Victim-Offender Dialogue Program facilitates meetings between juvenile offenders and the victims of their crimes.

Community Mediation Program serves neighbors, family members, landlords/tenants, and other community disputes.

The Training program teaches individuals collaborative communication skills in public one-day classes held monthly; or in customized workshops of 2-6.5 hours for your organization. Those who take 6.5 hours of collaborative communication instruction are also eligible to take our intensive 4-day Mediation Skills Training held the first two Thursdays and Saturdays in March. MCLE and, in some cases, CEU credit is also available for an additional fee.
