|Description:||Gateway School is a private, independent, K-8 day school. Before and after school programs are offered. Gateway offers challenging academics taught by experienced teachers who provide personalized attention in small class settings. We give students opportunities to learn and develop within a supportive community.
Inquiry-based learning and student-centered instruction are at the heart of our program. Gateway's comprehensive and integrated curriculum includes language arts, social studies, science, and math as well as art, music, drama, Spanish language, outdoor science and physical education.
Gateway's middle school program (grades 6-8) includes specialty teachers and diverse electives and is designed to help students prepare well for a rigorous high school program.
Gateway is a non-profit organization run by a volunteer Board of Trustees.
FEES: Fixed fee, financial aid by application.
