Kidpower Teenpower Fullpower International is a global nonprofit leader dedicated to providing empowering and effective child protection, positive communication, and personal safety skills for all ages and abilities. Since 1989, Kidpower has protected over 3 million children, teenagers, and adults, including those with special needs, from bullying, violence, and abuse through it's extensive free online Library, books, and workshops.

Even though Kidpower has instructors and centers worldwide, most of our services still take place in California and our main office is in Santa Cruz County, where we have served many local nonprofits and schools.

LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH: we are used to working with interpreters from each of the groups we serve

FEES: Free extensive online Library. Affordable publications and curriculum. We ask people to pay as much of our break-even workshops fees as they can and work with organizations and schools to find funding when needed.
Mission:Our vision is to work together to create cultures of caring, respect, and safety for everyone, everywhere. Our mission is to teach people of all ages and abilities to use their power to stay safe, act wisely, and believe in themselves. In 2011, we launched our One Million Safer Kids campaign with the goal of making at least one million children, teens, and young adults safer within five years or less through greater awareness, action, and skills.
Programs:Families, schools, organizations, and communities from around the world use our online Library and books for their own safety programs. In locations where we have instructors, including Santa Cruz, we also provide in-person workshops for people of all ages and abilities and for the educators and other professionals serving them. We also provide consultation in how to teach these skills to others. Please visit our website at www.kidpower.org or contact us at safety@kidpower.org for more information, including how to organize a workshop yourself.

These are some of our most popular workshops. We can help you tailor a workshop to meet your needs. You can go to our website for workshop descriptions.
