Description:Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art and a way of obtaining personal growth. It focuses on harmony with nature, the self, and others, by way of a non-competitive, mutually supportive practice. Aikido draws on inner, rather than physical, strength, and is accessible for everyone, young and old. Visitors are always welcome to come in and observe classes.

ELIGIBILITY: Ages 6 to past 60..

FEES: 4 week adult/teen beginning class $70, 3 classes per week. Also available: special beginners intro package for $150 with training uniform and 2nd month of unlimited classes included! Ongoing monthly tuition for adults is $80; teens and younger children $60. Student and Family discounts available.
Programs:We offer a children's program for ages 6-9 and 9-12, teen classes, and beginning and ongoing classes for adults. Adult/teen beginning classes every month; please see website or call for details. Adult classes available daily, youth classes 2x week. Workshops with guest instructors are also offered.

A summer program for ages 6-12 is offered the first full week of August: 2 hours per day, 5 days, for $85.
