Description:Provides nutrition education, special checks to buy healthy food, breastfeeding information and support, help in finding health care and other community services to women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum, and to children up to age five years.

ELIGIBILITY:Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or just had a baby. Children under 5 years old (including foster children)and families with a low to medium income, working families may qualify.
Mission:WIC is a family friendly and participant centered program that provides nutrition education and breastfeeding support in a respectful and culturally competent environment.
Programs:**NEW**Our advocates can connect your family to programs such as Medi-Cal and the Covered California Health Exchange (Affordable Care Act).
