Description:Adult Children of Alcoholics is a Twelve Step, Twelve Tradition program of women and men who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional homes. We meet with each other in a mutually respectful, safe environment and acknowledge our common experiences. We discover how childhood affected us in the past and influences us in the present. By practicing the Twelve Steps, focusing on the solution, and accepting a loving Higher Power of our understanding, we find freedom from the past and a way to improve our lives today.
Meetings:Tuesday 12:30pm "Inner Loving Parent - Inner Child ACA" - Located in the Fireside room. Please bring a blank page journal and crayons, colored pens/pencils, or paints to draw, paint, or write with, 532 Center Street, Santa Cruz

Wednesday, 8:30am "Quiet Fellowship ACA Meeting" - Please bring your journal, workbook, BRB, or other ACA literature to work on quietly, and/or meditate., Live Oak Family Resource Center, 1740 17th Avenue
