Description:We are a non-profit organization that educates and empowers low-income adults with intellectual disabilities with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve their personal goals and optimum potential in life.

ELIGIBILITY: Employment & Community Options has a non-exclusionary policy, all are welcome. Annually, we serve as many as 1,600 individuals who contend with obstacles including but not limited to: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Dual Diagnoses, Hearing Impairments, Learning Disabilities, Mental Retardation and Severe Behavioral Disorders. We also serve impoverished seniors who must return to work because they cannot afford to remain retired and live in the community. Referral from San Andreas Regional Center or relevant state funding agencies.

Mission:Employment & Community Options seeks to create and support opportunities for adults with disabilities and disadvantaged seniors in making choice to live, work, and enjoy life in their community with dignity and respect.
