Free General information regarding immigration topics. We help with petitions for family members, applications for U.S. citizenship, renewals for lost or expiring resident ("green") cards, assistance with consular processing, adjustment of status, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) applications for immigrant victims of domestic abuse, DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)/Accion Diferida applications, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) applications for undocumented foster children.

We are also available to immigrant groups and social service agencies for community education and workshops about immigration.

ELIGIBILITY: All of our services are free, although we do request donations from those receiving legal services. Interested individuals and families are welcome to call or stop by with questions or to make an appointment.
Mission:The mission of the Santa Cruz County Immigration Project (SCCIP) is to promote the well-being of the immigrant community in Santa Cruz County and the Pajaro Valley.
Publications:Bilingual (Spanish/English) brochures on selected topics of interest to immigrants.
