ELIGIBILITY: Children are eligible to receive Migrant Education Program services if they meet the definition of “migratory child” and if the basis for their eligibility is properly recorded on a certificate of eligibility (COE) or other written or electronic form. The term "migratory child" is defined in section 1309(2) of the statute and section 200.81 (e) of the regulations.
Mission:Our mission is to advocate for the community of Migrant children, young adults, and families who reside within the Pajaro Valley Unified School District.
Programs:Preschool Services:
The need for quality preschool programs in Region 11 is great. We ended the 2010/2011 year with 1,449 preschool-age students in our program, and 536 students received migrant-funded services.

Out of School Youth or OSY: refers to 14-21 year old migrant youth who have not graduated from high school, have not received a high school equivalency diploma, and/or have not passed the GED examination.

Health: The Region 11 Migrant Education Program assists in the coordination of health care services for migrant students and provides direct services where needed.

Parent Services: Title I supports parental involvement by enlisting individual parents to help their children do well in school.
