Description:Founded in 1993, the Wo/Menís Alliance for Medical Marijuana (WAMM) is the nationís oldest continuously operating medical cannabis collective, one that still serves as a model of truly compassionate care twenty years later. By focusing on the needs of patients and caregivers, WAMM provides hope and builds community while offering a safe, organic supply of medical marijuana to patients with a doctorís recommendation for the treatment of terminal and chronic illness.

ELIGIBILITY: WAMM is a membership organization and your illness may qualify you. Terminally ill, seriously ill, patients with a physician's recommendation, must be able to donate the cost of production, and must be a resident of California.

FEES: We run on the donations and volunteerism of our membership. We ask for a donation to cover the cost of production for all medicine.

AREAS SERVED: Santa Cruz County first, but residents of other counties are encouraged to apply.
