Personnel Policies and Procedures Assistance
Programs that provide consultation, training or contractual services for human service organizations, small businesses and other groups that need assistance in developing documentation which describes agency policies and procedures that serve as guidelines for decision-making and action concerning employees. Included are assistance in establishing wage and salary ranges; job descriptions and classifications; employee benefits; grievance procedures; and procedures for recruiting, hiring, supervising, promoting, demoting, evaluating, disciplining or terminating staff.
